The Holiday Season is about family and friends. Stories of the year told with laughter, hugs from those we don’t see enough and children playing and laughing in their holiday best. I stopped into the HoneyBaked Ham store in Houston, at 13841 Breck St, and was completely impressed with the variety of meals, the deals that they have and the helpful staff that guided my choices.
I chose a beautiful ham, their juicy turkey breast – which right now you can get in an amazing meal deal! – sides and a Chocolate Mouse Cake. I even got a Spinach and Artichoke dip to serve as an appetizer. I could not wait to set it all up and enjoy everything from my absolute favorite side, Sweet Potato Souffle to Macaroni and Cheese, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and more. The ham and the turkey on the plate are the stars but the sides compliment the meal and leaves everyone wanting more.
Thanksgiving is a special day for family, friends and anyone you love. Spending time in the kitchen on Thanksgiving Dinner instead of with those you want to remember the day with does not have to be mandatory.
