A few weeks ago I told you that to help jump start my health this year, I was going to participate in the Slimfast® 14 Day Challenge. I have to say, this easy kick off is  a lot easier than I anticipated. 

Slimfast Challenge

The number one thing that I love about this program, where you can lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks, is the convenience. I am very busy and often am struggling to get breakfast or lunch in a timely manner. Being able to grab a Slimfast® shake or a meal replacement bar in a hurry has been vital to keeping my metabolism and goals on track!

In this challenge, I did lose about 5 pounds in the two weeks. Which is a great motivator for me to stay healthy every day. Not only was it super easy to do, it was a delicious alternative to foods that can be repetitive and sometimes boring in a healthier lifestyle diet.

In fact, it is a quite a treat in the middle of the day to have a chocolate bar that rivals my favorite candy! But the Chocolate Fudge Brownie Meal Replacement bars are packed full of protein and fiber to keep your body working the way it is supposed to.

The shakes are more than a meal that can be leisurely enjoyed with your timeline. I grab one in the morning and carry it around throughout my morning chores. The chocolate ones I have are easy to drink and delicious. You really do feel like you are cheating!
