Clean up, clean up, everybody clean up! Everyone with kids knows that song, right? I sing that to my kids at least daily. Sometimes it works, sometimes not so much. Truth be told, when I am in the kitchen prepping for dinner, to have friends over or creating a fun recipe for tailgating, I sing it to myself too! With new Viva® Vantage® on my paper towel roll, though, I know that when I do clean up, I can trust them to pick up even my stickiest messes! Just today I finally got my granite island top. After 6 years of waiting, it was installed, sealed and cleaned and I am determined to keep it that way! So as I make my super Easy Brisket Nachos Recipe, I will have a roll of Viva® Vantage® right next to me.
The thing I like about Viva® Vantage® most is the soft feel. A trademark softness that only Viva® has ever had, I love that it can wipe up my splatters and spills but is still soft enough to wipe hands and mouths without that scratchy feeling. They are soft and strong like cloth so they feel really good while still working well. I love it. It really is the only paper towel I like to use. The new Viva® Vantage® has more grooves and a feel of sturdiness to it that I really like for sticky stains!
In making my Easy Brisket Nachos Recipe, I used Viva® Vantage® at every turn! From spilled BBQ sauce from the brisket to the splats of sour cream and guacamole, it picked up everything I spilled and left a bright, clean counter top! The new Fiber-packed sheets to really did help me clean up my toughest messes! In fact, when I wet the Viva® Vantage® to do a final swipe in case I missed anything, it got some stuck on guacamole that I missed at the first pass and it cleaned it right up with little scrubbing! After all, a really clean counter top is not only perfect for photos, but for cleanliness for my kids when they snack on the counter, too.

Now that I am all cleaned up, let’s talk about making the easiest, most delicious, Brisket Nachos Recipe ever!
- 2 pound brisket, or a pre-cooked Brisket found in the Walmart frozen foods aisle
- Bag of Lime flavored chips
- Bag of Cantina Style Chips
- Shredded Mexican style cheese
- Guacamole, pre made
- Sour cream
- Spicy Pico found in the Walmart produce aisle
- We all know how to put nachos together so here are some tips:
- I use lime flavored and cantina style chips to give the dish some variety! Since the chip holds some of the flavor, you want to increase it any chance you get!
- Brisket- you can make your own, which I often do, but in a pinch, the frozen food aisle has premade brisket that you just heat up and add. Perfect for a quick tailgating snack
- In between the cheese and the rest of the fixings, put your platter in a warm over for about 10 minutes to melt it. It also adds to the warmth of the brisket in case it cools off.
These Easy Brisket Nachos are so good! They are PERFECT for tailgating at home or to pack up and take to the game. You guys know I am a HUGE football fan so anything I can make to enhance that experience makes me a very happy fan! Another great tailgating item to have on hand? Viva® Vantage® paper towels!

I use a combo of Lime flavored chips and cantina chips for added flavor and fun!
Melt the cheese in the oven for a little while and it warms up the Brisket again too!

Good thing I loaded up when I went to Walmart to look for Viva® Vantage® 6 Big Roll or a Viva® Vantage® 12 Big Roll pack. I try to buy these items in bulk because, with three kids and three dogs, we go through them! In fact, I use Viva® Vantage® paper towels to wipe dog paws, wipe ice cream faces and even in the car as napkins that I know will absorb when the kids have a snack.
