This delicious recipe is fun, easy and perfect for tailgating!
Ingredients
  • 2 pound brisket, or a pre-cooked Brisket found in the Walmart frozen foods aisle
  • Bag of Lime flavored chips
  • Bag of Cantina Style Chips
  • Shredded Mexican style cheese
  • Guacamole, pre made
  • Sour cream
  • Spicy Pico found in the Walmart produce aisle
Instructions
  1. We all know how to put nachos together so here are some tips:
  2. I use lime flavored and cantina style chips to give the dish some variety! Since the chip holds some of the flavor, you want to increase it any chance you get!
  3. Brisket- you can make your own, which I often do, but in a pinch, the frozen food aisle has premade brisket that you just heat up and add. Perfect for a quick tailgating snack
  4. In between the cheese and the rest of the fixings, put your platter in a warm over for about 10 minutes to melt it. It also adds to the warmth of the brisket in case it cools off.
