Child Model's Mom Being Bashed for Over-Sexing Her Daughter. Do you agree?

A while back I saw some photos of little toddler g-strings that made my skin crawl. A while later I saw some photos of a 6 or 7 year old in a spaghetti strap shirt with the straps hanging off her shoulder, legs spread, definitely provocative. It grossed me out to no end. I certainly thought those photos were over-sexed, asking us to see these little babies in adult poses that, literally, were eye candy for a pedophile. I know that our kids are over-sexed. From sexual undertones in children’s movies to the magazine covers we can not shield them from, they are exposed to sex all the time. Now, though, there is a mom of a 9 year old who is getting hammered for her photos of her 9 year old daughter. To me, at least, these seem fairly innocent. But what do you think? Should this Child Model’s Mom Be Bashed for Over-Sexing Her Daughter?

Are Our Kids Over=Sexed? Or Are We Over-Reacting?

Now, I have seen the photos. But other than some shorts that might be considered too short, all I see is a beautiful 9 year old little girls living her life. My daughters have shorts that they wear at home that are clearly not for the public to see. But they have them and on a day we don’t leave the house, I allow them.

Other than that, though, her daughter is covered, not even a belly showing, and clearly these are ‘what we do all day’ photos. The little girl, Kristina Pimenova, is an absolutely stunning little girl. So her mother wanting to show her off is understood. Shoot, I post my kids all over the place because I am so proud of them! We all do! And I bet we all have photos people might look at and say ‘Uhhhh?’.

But there is nothing overly provocative about these photos, in my opinion, and I am a somewhat conservative mother raising three girls that I constantly worry about. They don’t even get to pierce their ears until they are 13! I have even taken classes on how to spot a child molester and and VERY weary of new people around my kids!

I have seen way worse photos on social media of little kids. The other day I saw a mom post a photo of her 5 year old with her top off. I have seen toddlers in bikini’s where the back is going up the back and the top is not quite on right. I have seen advertisements that are so gross, I want to call the company and scream at them. But does this mom deserve to be bashed for over-sexing her daughter?

I think this girl’s mom, Glikeriya Pimenova, 39, was right when she told MailOnline: ‘You must think like a pedophile in order to see something sexual in these pictures, so it is time for you to see a doctor.’

I simply don’t see it.
