Bridget Jones fans, it is HERE! The movie that will make you remember what it is you love about the always unpredictable, socially awkward, unlucky in love Bridget Jones! You fell in love with her in Bridget Jones Diary and followed her in the Edge of Reason. The next installment is here and it is funny, wonderful, relateable and just a great movie you will talk about for months after! I was so blessed to go see it with my two dear girlfriends a month ago and we all loved it!

After breaking up with Mark Darcy (Firth), Bridget Jones’s (Zellweger) “happily ever after” hasn’t quite gone according to plan. Fortysomething and single again, she decides to focus on her job as top news producer and surround herself with old friends and new. For once, Bridget has everything completely under control. What could possibly go wrong?
In true Bridget fashion, even her pregnancy is a mess of a puzzle she has to figure out. Because when her love life takes a turn and Bridget meets a dashing American named Jack (Dempsey), the suitor who is everything Mr. Darcy is not. In an unlikely twist she finds herself pregnant, but with one hitch…she can only be fifty percent sure of the identity of her baby’s father.
Darcy and Jones’ on again, off again relationship is one I think we can all relate to. But meeting a dashing and handsome man who really wants to get to know us is familiar too. As we watch Bridget explore the complications of both worlds with a unique twist on the ‘baby’ story, this movie will have you guessing until the end. And then guessing some more!
My friends and I laughed, and laughed and laughed some more. We also felt for Bridget, understood Bridget and sympathized with Bridget. This next installment does not disappoint and you and your friends will love it from the first scene!
