My kids absolutely love the ASUS tablets we have reviewed over the last year or two. The tablets always have the most innovative ways to get my kids excited about learning with their large amounts of apps, games, and so much more. Now ASUS has come out with the brand new tablet, ASUS ZenPad 8.0.

This tablet offers luxury to your wherever you go, on your own terms! When we took it out of the box, the first thing we noticed is out sleek this tablet is. The design is based on ASUS Zen design philosophy of crafting harmonious beauty and functionality. This tablet is extremely thin, but is sturdy to allow even the youngest hands to hold it. It features a beautiful metallic finish with crisp edges, for a beautifully designed tablet.
One of the features I really love is the Ergonomic rounded edges which provide a better grip and add to ASUS ZenPad S 8.0’s premium look and feel. A lot of tablets don’t have the same great feel when holding them that I have when I use the ASUS ZenPad. It also allows me to feel comfortable letting my kids use it, without fear of them dropping it. With its metallic frame shaped with diamond-cutting technology, it provides a high-quality appearance and protects the display.
This tablet is also big, even though it is very thin. It is a 8 inch tablet , that is only 6.9 mm thin, weighs just 317 g, and has a 74% screen-to-body ratio. The clarity of this tablet is also second to none. The contrast and resolution is beautiful and allows us to watch our favorite shows or play our favorite apps on this tablet.

Favorite feature is that it’s only 317 g- that’s less than 1lb! My Ipad mini is much heavier than that!
My favorite features are the bluetooth and the Intel Atom Z3530 Quad-Core, 64bit processor for speed.
I like the size and shape, perfect for traveling to conferences. And it packs a lot of power

Actually there are a lot of features I like. In particular the Asus brand. But if I can only pick one I like the size. For me 7″ is a bit small. And I’ve had 10″ (which is more like 9.6 I think.) A bit large. 8″ sounds perfect.
