TV, for me, is a complete luxury. Sure, I can have the TV on in the background but I very rarely have time to actually sit down and watch a show start to finish without interruption. My kids, however, get to watch TV on the weekends and can tell you everything you need to know about most of their shows. I, however, am apprehensive on some and would love to hear what other moms say before I turn the remote over to three impressionable girls. Why do I like the app: TV has a lot of shows now. Unless I want to be parked on the couch and searching for each show individually, I have to just trust that my kids are making good choices. We all know that is not a good options. With TV Time you can mark the show they want to watch, read what other parents are saying about it and make a more educated decision. Kids can interact on it as well with their own opinions, can create meme’s from the app, vote on favorite characters too!
What does the app help me with: TV Time is an app, downloaded over a millions times since 2011, that allows you to choose the shows that you and your kids watch to track. You can also mark that you watched them and leave comments to others about your thoughts on the shows. It will also remind you when a show you love is on and even protects from spoilers getting out by not allowing comments right away.
How does this app help me: TV Time has helped me make better decisions about what my kids are watching and has even a great reminder feature to get me in front of the TV for a show I love. I actually caught an episode of Scandal the other night for the first time all season because I had the reminder set! It was pretty cool!
