Let’s be honest. New Year’s Resolutions are hard to keep. We rarely keep them and, if we do, it is usually modified quickly. ‘I will stop eating sugar!‘ becomes ‘I will only eat sugar at restaurants.‘ becomes ‘I will only eat sugar when I am awake.’ I have done it a million times. Made promises and then dropped them when it became hard. But, no matter what, It Is not Too Late to Support Your Health with a Renewed Resolution. Taking care of us from the inside out should be a year round goal. I, for one, have children I want to be able to keep up with, dogs I want to take on walks and friends and family that I want to celebrate life events with. So I make it a point to have the products in the house that I will really use to take care of myself, and my family, all year long. WASH YOUR HANDS
Now only is flu season a reason to wash your hands and to encourage your children to do the same, washing hands on a regular basis is just good, healthy, common sense. Though I am a firm believer that not all germs are bad, I am also a firm believer that clean hands prevent unnecessary illnesses.
