I grabbed some of the REDPower and headed home. I tossed them in my freezer and set a mental note to give them a try when I wanted my morning smoothie.

I have to say, there is something so convenient about these smoothies. In the perfect, drink right from me, container, they are so easy to grab from my freezer and prepare. One day I added apple juice, one day orange juice. I shook them up for about 30 seconds and a frothy, delicious, tastes better than the ones I make in my blender,. smoothie appeared!
