It is possible that this is the most exciting post for me that I have ever written! If you do not know Shannon Miller, the most decorated US Gymnast, male or female, in history, let me be the one to introduce you! A 7-Time Olympic Medalist, she was the one I watched when the games were on. A confident, hard working teenager who evolved into a realistic, positive role-model, she is the type of woman that I looked up to and want my kids to admire as well. As I watched her effortlessly command the the beam, fly through the air on the floor routine and whip her body around the uneven bars, I never imagined that years later, my three little gymnasts in training would be wearing an autographed Shannon Miller Leotard by Alpha Factor to their own gymnastics classes! It was a moment of pride, I won’t lie, as I aimed my camera below to the gym to catch them in action with their high quality leotards that I knew came from a woman I respect so much!
As a mom raising little girls who will be more on the modest side, I have always struggled with gymnastics leotards. The ones I found at my local store are cut too high prompting my girls to have to wear shorts with them or ride up the backside as they practice their skills. For several years now I have tried place after place looking for quality leotards that actually cover during skills, stay in place even after washing and that don’t break my bank. Let’s be honest, moms, leotards at some places can run a pretty penny and you still don’t get lasting quality!

I feel like my girls are going to stay covered and I notice that they mess with them less during class. Not only that, they tell me that they feel like a ‘real’ gymnast when they are in them!
