Sometimes I Pee a Little and I Refuse to be Embarrassed About It!

I am a 42 year old woman who has carried three babies to term. I have a little belly weight and drink over 100 ounces of liquid a day, if not more. I play tennis, I job and I laugh boisterously at my children’s antics. I also pee a little. Yep, I am secure enough in my life to know that bodily functions are nothing to be ashamed of. We all have them and as we put pressure on our bodies with pregnancies, vigorous work outs and play hard with our kids, those organs that used to be so reliable seem to let the little leaks out. While I have used a variety of products for minor fears of bladder leakage, I need something more dependable while on the tennis courts and running. Something that absorbs, won’t move when I do and that I can wear discreetly under tight clothing. Enter new Depend Silhouette ActiveFit!

I have worn these a few times while playing tennis and running around the loop and they are surprisingly comfortable and discreet! I even wore the beige color under my white tennis skirt and it was not visible!

Here are some interesting facts about bladder leakage you may be surprised by!

• More people with bladder leakage are in their 20’s than their 80’s
• The average age of someone with bladder leakage is only 52!
• More people with bladder leakage are 50 or younger than 60 or older!

Seems I am living proof that these stats are right! At 42, I leak and I have a hard time holding it for long when I do have to go. Having the piece of mind that I will be OK wearing these and not embarrass myself with leaking issues is a wonderful thing!

Over 51 million American women experience bladder leakage. That’s 1 in 3 American women!
