You can look at the screen and know where you are in the Que. This is awesome as wait times are often variable and frustrating for parents. Especially if their child is suffering.

When your child is called you are escorted into the vital’s room. This is the first stop as you and your child receive top notch care. Then you will be escorted to one of the 7 themed rooms. From a farm room to a dinosaur room to under the sea, each room’s ambiance is specifically chosen with the purpose of making the doctor less scary. There are even glow in the dark stars in case the lights have to go out.

Once your child is treated you have the ability to leave feedback for NightLight Pediatric Urgent Care to use to improve and you can even leave a prayer request. The owners, who are two female physicians, take the requests and pray for your needs.

The tight knit staff is there for you for stitches, broken bones, toe nail removals, tummy bugs and any other urgent care issues your child may have 364 days a year. One day a year they close to the whole staff and their families can do something fun together.
