Let’s face it. Dental care is important. Super important. Not only for looking our best but for feeling our best as well. No one wants to have bad breath or yellow teeth and none of us wants to spend hours in a dental chair taking care of issues we could have prevented at home! When I found out that Listerine was partnering with Oral Health America and giving $5 PER ‘Swish Selfie’ posted on their Facebook page to them, I was all over being a part of the Listerine® 21-Day Challenge!
Yes, yes, there is a lot to cover. Including a $500 weekly winner in the Swish Selfie contest! But let’s start smaller, at home.
I just took my girls to the dentist for their bi-annual check up. They did amazing and came out with clean reports. But there was a suggestion that I help them brush at night just to keep them on track. He told me that as my kids continue to lose their baby teeth and get their adult teeth, it is imperative that their oral health be monitored. Luckily, I have already been having them use Listerine® Smart Rinse and they love it. The awesome bottle design that lets kids bubble up their mouthwash adds to the fun of the daily routine!
As for me, well….. I need help. I admit that sometimes I work so late that I go to bed without brushing. I know I need a check up and am currently awaiting my dental insurance start date. I know I have some old fillings that have fallen out so I am a little worried about my next visit. Until then, though, I need to get my dental health on track!
