I LOVE LOVE LOVE all of the festivals and fun weekend events that Houston has to offer. Almost every weekend, from Tomball to Sugarland, you can find something super fun, affordable and family friendly to go to. This weekend, I am picking up a college friend of mine and we are going to explore our love and appreciation for quality hot sauce, like El Yucateco hot sauces and products, at the Houston Hot Sauce Festival!

This is the first year that El Yucateco Hot Sauce has been at the Houston Hot Sauce festival and I am seriously looking forward to visiting their booth! With At their booth you can get sample all 7 of El Yucateco’s sauces: Red Hot Sauce, Green Hot Sauce, Caribbean Hot Sauce, EXXTRA Hot Sauce, Chipotle Hot Sauce, Jalapeno Hot Sauce and Black Label Hot Sauce. I mean, come on!! How fun?! You can also try some awesome recipes and have the opportunity to buy El Yucateco gear! Also purchase El Yucateco sauces, including the Black Label Sauce. Attend the festival and there is no need to go to online or to different retailers to get all the El Yucateco products and gear! They are also a Habanero Level Sponsor and will be participating in two hot sauce competitions! I can’t wait to see if they win!

Admission is $10, Children 12 and under free
Additional information: free parking, family friendly event with activities for kids, live music, hot sauce competitions, food sampling and lots of fiery products.
