We are all healthier this year, right? RIGHT? We are all making better decisions about the fuel we put into our body and are aware of the foods that are best for us. Right? Well, almost right. At only 220 calories per serving, these cereals that have 4 grams of fiber, are packed with nutrients and have no high fructose corn syrup. It makes you happy to enjoy them while you feel like you are cheating on the health meter! Even my kids love to snack on them while at the bus stop!
As busy mom, it is hard for me to always remember to get what I need in my daily diet. A gal can only eat so many carrots, you know. So having an easily accessible option that will help take the guess work out of what is better for me is a major plus. I get my calcium from the skim milk and my whole grains from Honey Bunches of Oats Whole Grains cereal!
