Halloween is right around the corner and I, for one, could not be more excited. This year I have a mini-Tinman, a Witch and the Grim Reaper. I also have three little girls that could celebrate Halloween all month long! So when we were invite to Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, TX, we jumped at the chance to experience their HowlOWeen Celebration first hand!
If you have never been to a Great Wolf Lodge destination and you have kids, put it on your list! This was our second visit and it was even more fun than the first! Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine sits 52 acres with 80,000 sf of indoor water park, 30,000 sf of outdoor swim park and SO MUCH more! It featured custom rooms, a spa, plenty of restaurants and even has it;s own Starbucks. For mom and dad, there is Wine Down Service, where you can enjoy some adult beverages after the kids have gone to sleep.
During Halloween season, Great Wolf Lodge turns up the fun with all kinds of special events! From Face painting to trick or treating on every floor of the massive complex, they have it all. I could sit here and tell you everything we did and I still would not be able to get it all in!
We arrived to a bustling facility with helpful people guiding us along the way. We checked in and then headed to our room, which was spacious and clean. There are several room options you can choose from, from the Kids Kabin to the spacious two bedroom suite meant for larger parties.
Coming with lots of kids to Great Wolf Lodge? Check out the favorite room for families! The Kids Kabin offers bunk beds and a 'separate kabin' for them too!!! #GWLHowloWeen #ad

Once we were in, we put on our ears and headed out. We stopped and got our wands for MagiQuest, an interactive game that kids can play throughout the hotel that allows them to unlock treasures with the flick of the wand.
As we walked through Great Wolf Lodge, passing the Howly Wood XD Theater, Laser Frenzy and the Northern Lights Arcade, I knew that we were in for a great weekend! The girls got to spend time in the Clubhouse Crew room creating t-shirt and sand art and other fun crafts.
They got to experience Creation Station where they were able to stuff and dress their own Great Wolf Bear.
One of the highlights, if I had to choose one, was the Howlers Peak Ropes Course, where balance and zip line fun combine for a great experience.
Wheeeeeeeeeeee!!!! Loving the Ropes Course at Great Wolf Lodge! #GWLHowloWeen #ad
