The time of year when my kids need warmer clothing is here. But shopping for the girls has gotten progressively harder the older they get. They no longer love when mommy surprises them with outfits. They are too particular now, too honed in on what they want their style to be! So when I told them we all needed new shoes, it did not surprise me that 2 of my three daughters wanted new boots. This is their new thing and, honestly, I am OK with that! I love boots as well for the fall and winter seasons and knew exactly where to take them for the best selection! A day in the life of my girls is pretty routine. The hardest time of the day is getting them all ready for school. Each of them has such a personality and it filters into their style. My youngest, Megan, is especially particular about what she wears. We have missed the bus with issues finding the perfect shoe for the perfect outfit. As any good mom does, to avoid such footware meltdowns, I try to take her with my to choose the perfect shoes every time. If I choose them, they go unworn and complained about.
So as my kids and I entered Famous Footware I smiled big. I knew with the vast selection of boots, shoes, booties, both in women’s and kid’s sizes, I would be able to please even my pickiest child! We ended up with three pair of amazingly stylish, fun and winter outfit loving boots and my kids have worn them every day! My little one even wore hers on pajama day for the school’s movie day! I love that they go with everything, are comfortable for me and the kids and that they fit into our daily lives with ease!
Whether the kids are going to school, swinging on the swings, or just enjoying the fall weather, these boots are made for walking… and playing!
