My Kids Messes Are No Match for the Eureka Suction Seal 2.0

I would love to say that because I work from home and am here day in and day out to pick up after my kids, all of whom are now in school, that I have messes under control. I can’t say it, because it is not true. Because I am a real mom with real kids and I simply can not keep up with it all. Especially in the first hour after they come home. Backpacks strewn about, coats tossed in the corner and the messiest snacks they can find are all decorations that appear in an instant. Even my dogs can’t keep up with the mess! Now, though, I am learning that there are tools that can help me at least restore some sort of order just as quickly. Like the NEW Eureka Suction Seal 2.0. From area rugs to my thick carpet in the bedrooms to the tile that flows through my house to the couches, this vacuum is starting to show me that all vacuums are not created equally!

There are three frustrating things that my ‘other’ vacuum does that the Eureka Suction Seal 2.0 solves. Since getting it on Rollback at Walmart from $148.88 to $129, it has shown me it is a cut above the rest. At least the rest of the ones I have in my various closets in the house.

It actually vacuums the stuff off the tile. Anyone knows that turning a spinning sucking vacuum onto a tile floor can send little pieces all over the room and not into the canister. There is nothing more infuriating than having to sweep up a floor that you just vacuumed! Unless it is the little teeny particles that the vacuum spit out that stick to the bottom of your bare feet! So when the suction seal 2.0 said it worked on all surfaces, I honestly believed it would behave just as vacuums before it have. Unbelievably, this one actually works!

I tested it… again and again… just to make sure it was not beginner’s luck. But it was not. Chips, cheerios, dog hair and dirt sucked right up off the tile. I walked all around, bare feet and all and the places I vacuumed to test were all clean. I have to admit, I was a little surprised. I expect any vacuum to clean carpet. But to actually suck things off hard surfaces is pretty cool.

Switching between the tools and floor is super easy. My other vacuum has tools on board. I think all of them do now-a-days. But switching from floor to tools is a pain, I won’t lie. I have to rely on the suction to just automatically switch. Which never works. I find that enough power does not transfer to the tool to suck up the dog hair I have in my house. But the Eureka Suction Seal 2.0 has a dial that lets all of the suction power go straight to the tool. So, my dog hair was gone into the hand held tool and into the see through canister in no time. This is a great thing when you are trying to suck dust bunnies out of corners, off curtains and get those fabric couches to pristine condition for the relatives this holiday season!

The cord is no longer a leg trap. How many times have we been vacuuming happily only to have the long cord wrap around our legs? Sometimes, we don’t need the entire cord to clean up the smaller messed. Nor do we want to get the vacuum out, unwind the whole thing and then turn around and wind the whole thing back up again. The Eureka Suction Seal 2.0 has solved this issue in a very clever way! The push button rewind system lets you only unwind how much you need and then push a button to roll it back up! This is possibly the most amazing vacuum innovation in decades! Push the button and the whole cord neatly packs itself away!

This vacuum surprised me on all levels. I have tested a few in my time and this one offers the most bang for my buck. It really sucks the particles off of all of my surfaces and offers advantages over other vacuums. The cord thing is incredibly awesome. Almost addicting awesome. But the best part about it is that it helps me get the messes up fast so I can spend more time with my kids!
