Early last year I introduced my kids to Copy-Kids, a DVD that helps encourage kids to eat fruits and vegetables by showing other kids eating them.  It seems like a simple idea and I was literally amazed that it worked so easily on my kids.  In fact, ask anyone, my 3 year old STILL prefers raw broccoli as a snack over anything else!  I pull it out every once in a while when I feel like they are not eating enough and just let it run in the background of play.  They still stop and watch and it seems to jump start their interest again!  You can read my review of Copy-Kids to learn more!
