Life is good. My girls are healthy, my work is going well, my friends and family are incredible. Despite the insanity of the last week that started with my AC going out and ended with my neighbor falling through my ceiling, life and the moments that the kids and I have had over the summer are still awesome! To me, a great summer day starts with a great breakfast made easy! In my family, two of my girls would skip breakfast if I let them. There is nothing better than getting up in the morning and having a moment to myself before my kids get up. The quiet in the house allows me to focus on the tasks of the day and plan the schedule that I hope we will adhere to. We won’t but I like to pretend.
Breakfast has always been an afterthought for me. Especially since I have to wait an hour in the mornings before I can eat due to my thyroid prescription. Sometimes, if my kids are up before the hour is up, I am so busy trying to get them to eat that I simply forget. This is why I love having CARNATION® BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ on hand. Summer time is winding down but the girls and I had an amazing time. We met my birth brothers, went to Sea World and so much more. They spent a month with their dad and had even more fun. Now that they are coming home for the rest of the summer, I know we will end it with a bang!
Life is full of surprises – like mice in my attic!! – but it is also full of fun and laughter! With good products in my pantry I can worry more about soaking up the good and less about making sure I am getting what I need every day!

In your first photo I didn’t initially notice your puppy. But my five year old daughter saw this open on my laptop and the first thing she said was, “did she tell the dog to get in the picture or did he just jump in?” Had me cracking up! We love Carnation for breakfast and it’s the easiest for parents on the go!
