If you have not yet discovered the amazing organization, Boys & Girls Club of America, then take a few moments and learn how wonferful they are.

For those that don’t know, Boys and Girls Club of America played a role in my brother’s childhood.  While growing up, he needed their assistance and he is still grateful to this day.  I have always had a soft spot in my heart for this organization.  In fact, I have one down the road and often donate toys and clothing and more to them.  This organization helps orphaned children all the way up to struggling families.  If it were not for them, so many children would have a childhood of nothing.  No love, no support… no roof over their heads.

Now is your chance to get to know Boys and Girls Club and learn why every community needs to get behind them and support them!  If you can’t make it to one of their 4000 locations Nationwide, you can take a virtual tour that will show you not only the amazing things that they do, but the kids that they help!

Boys & Girls Club

National Boys & Girls Club Week will be held April 7-13, 2013.

Discover More Boys & Girls Club Weekly Activities too!

Clubs across the country will plan fun daily activities for Club members, their parents and the entire neighborhood to enjoy.  These events include teen forums, carnivals, health fairs and so much more.  Many Boys & Girls Club leadership and service groups (such as Torch and Keystone Clubs for tween and teen Club members) also use the week as a chance to give back to the community by volunteering at homeless shelters or assisted living facilities.

This is an amazing way for you and your family to get involved in this amazing organization.  My girls are already so aware of them and when it is time to donate things, they ask if we are going to the Boys & Girls Club first.  It warms my heart to know that I can give back to a place that gave my brother so much!

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Boys and Girls Clubs of America and Amway. I received a promotional item as a thank-you for participating.
