I am one of those parents that loves it when my kids are active! You will find me telling my kids to go out and play rather than turning on the TV or handing them a tablet. Part of it is selfish… if they go out I generally go with them and get some sunlight and exercise too. But the other part is that I want them to discover the joys of play!
