When was the last time an insurance company made you smile.  Not by just the products they offer, but also by the message they send out?

Allstate Good Life is more than a sales pitch.  Because Allstate is dedicated to creating more good than bad, they want to celebrate the awesome good little things and big things in life.

I love to celebrating the little things.  Just yesterterday it dawned on me that my kids are growing up all at once. I am a firm believer that good things are hiding everywhere.  Even in the absolute darkest of life, there is a shining star waiting to be unearthed.

My recent divorce was proof of that.  Though it was not amicable, I wake up every day with my kids and my house and my dogs. So every tear that fell, every scary moment and every angry exchange still had a silver lining.

Natural disasters, crimes by other people and just plain accidents can and do happen at any time to anyone.  But if you have a friendly hand to hold during those times, the light at the end of the tunnel can appear more quickly.

It can be a challenge to stay possitive and see the good.  But every time I look in my children’s eyes, get a kiss from the sweet dogs I have, a hug from a neighbor or a compliment on a job well done, it is a little reminder that good is everywhere!

With Allstate’s new message ‘Good Hands for the Good Life’, we can be reminded by the big insurance company that can seem so impersonal that they are celebrating right along with us.  As they strive to restore order to things in the event something we can not control happens, we can relax and know that it will all be OK.

What has happened in your life that you thought you would never recover from?  How do you see the good and happniess and joy in life?  I want to know!  Please share in my comment section below!
