A while ago I went on a Disney Cruise and me ‘meal mate’ was Diana Stone and her beautiful daughter. As we dined together every meal for 8 days, I got to know her pretty well.

During that time I learned that she had lost twin boys the year prior, at over 20 weeks gestation. During that time, they were also trying to adopt and the adoption agency pulled the application because they could not let a couple with a loss so soon have a child. I was irate when I heard that but Diana took it in stride.
Shortly after the cruise, Diana found out she was pregnant again!
She was so excited and shared her journey to the birth of Kaden on her blog, Hormonal-Imbalances.com. When he was born, we all celebrated despite some seemingly moderate health concerns.
Those concerns turned serious when it was discovered that this baby they waited so long for needed a heart transplant. He is currently in the hospital and Diana and her husband are traveling back and forth.
Here is where we all come in.
They need funds to continue to be able to travel to see their son and take care of him as he waits for a transplant.
