We are about a week away from heading back to school. With a 3rd, 4th and 6th grader, this year is going to be busy. Our life is pretty busy anyway but adding orchestra for the 6th grader and multiple morning and afternoon clubs for the others will be a challenge this year. Another challenge? Breakfast. There seems to be fewer and fewer mornings where all three are happy with the choices. As a mom, it is frustrating as all get out to have food in the house that they all won’t eat. Sure enough, as I am planning back to school supplies shopping trips, back to school clothing options and packing up summer clothes, the kids are asking what to have for breakfast. I reach for the sweetened corn and unique hexagonal shapes with big honey flavor that I loved as a kid and hand it over.
