It is no secret that I love our Springfree Trampoline. It is probably one of the coolest things I have been able to enjoy since starting this business 6 years ago. I love everything about it: the lack of springs, the intelligent engineering that prevents jumpers from landing on the frame and the tgoma Digital Gaming system that is awesome for everyone from the kids to me! I love most, though, that it gets the whole family out and enjoying time with each other while still getting some serious exercise! In fact, since I have not been able to get to CrossFit this week, the kids and I have been out bouncing around to our fitness goals all week long!
Aside from the obvious fun the kids are having, I have discovered that 10 minutes on the Springfree Trampoline with the tgome Digital Gaming System set to the fitness app, I sweat and get my heart rate up for 10 minutes, which is the same as about a one mile run, at a fast speed! I think I am in shape until about minute 3. Then the heavy breathing, sweat beads and the glow of fitness starts to show. I know I am burning calories. I know I am burning fat and I know I am doing all of it in my backyard on the safest trampoline out there!
My kids don’t see it as fitness. They see it as pure fun. They have made up games – like bounce me out of my meditation – crack the egg and more. I preach constantly about the rules of the trampoline so they are safe about it. But when we all get on there and play a game, even if it is duck duck goose, hysterical laughing and valuable family time emerges!
It has been a great honor to be able to attend the special event in the Katy, TX Springfree Trampoline store, to learn about why these trampolines are 90% safer than others and to be able to present them to you!
