Sleep is precious. It is probably the best thing I can do for myself. Health wise, energy wise and sanity wise, sleep helps me recharge for my busy life. But, let’s face it, we all have a million things on our mind all the time. I, for one, can be cozily tucked into bed, tired and ready to sleep and a thought can enter my mind and keep me up for another hour. I was lucky enough to get a twin sized weighted blanket to use and try out. Immediately as it came out of the package I knew this was a game changer. The kids tried to take it because it is soft and pretty and really cool feeling. But I laid it on my bed to test out.
