Tickety Tock

Are your kids ready for Tickety Toc? Mine are and they have been glued to the movie – the DVD comes out September 10, 2013 – any time it is on! In fact, my little one is watching it as I type this out!

See Megan talk about Tickety Toc below:

OK, you got me. I just showed that video because it was so darned cute!

But, seriously, Tickety Toc is just as cute and fun for preschoolers (my 5 and 7 year old loved it too!)

This show is so incredibly cute! The animation is bright and playful and the story lines promote friendship and learning. Perfect for that little one that needs some fun and safe entertainment!

Tickety Toc follows the everyday adventures of twins, Tommy and Tallulah.  Traveling through the special Tickety Toc clock, where the twins live, audiences enter a fantastical CGI world of eclectic characters and tag along on exciting escapades filled with slapstick surprises.  Tommy and Tallulah’s strong “can do” spirit often produces an unanticipated outcome, but their individual approach to sticky situations and joint resourcefulness always shine through and save the day!  Through the twins’ madcap adventures, Tickety Toc explores teamwork, social responsibility and problem solving – important concepts for preschoolers as they learn and grow.

The other day, the girls had some friends over and I put on the prescreening DVD I got to show them! Instantly, the three littlest ones sat down and were instantly transformed into Tickety Toc world! They LOVED it! And your kids will too!

Later on, I decided to treat some of the kids and took them to the awesome mix in ice cream store – Cold Stone Creamery!  They mix your choice of items into your ice cream on a cold marble stone. It is so good!

Seriously, since I moved out of town, I have not gone to Cold Stone Creamery. But I will be making special trips from here on out! The kids all ordered ice cream and non fat yogurt with chocolate chips and M&M’s on them!  I ordered the Caramel Overload and savored every last taste.

When was the last time you went to Cold Stone Creamery? What is your favorite ice cream?
