I had a craving on this beautiful, Spring day in Texas! My (self proclaimed) famous Spring Salmon Salad! So I headed to Walmart where I knew I could find individually wrapped, affordable frozen fish and stocked up! And then I rushed home and satisfied my craving!
Check out my whole process below! Also, all I did to the fish was defrost for a moment in the microwave, grill it on the stove with Italian Olive Oil and salted and peppered it. Super easy and good! The sauce is Lemon Butter and Dill right from the jar!
