I broke even!!!

WooHoo!

Everyone jump up and dance around and celebrate!

Yippee!  Yippee!  Yippee!!

Now, I know the goal of Nutrisystem is to lose weight, but after girl’s weekend, I weighed in and it was not pretty!  So, I said a little prayer and wished I could at least break even!

And I did!

Weighing in this morning at 163.2, I happily logged in my break even.

I continue to be completely amazing at how incredibly good the food is!!  In fact, I am a little sad when I am done with each meal or snack.  And then I feel that familiar “full” feeling and I don’t give it another thought until the next month!

So far, the only challenge I am finding is remembering to eat.  Because I have taught my body that it is not hungry in the morning but famished by midnight.  So sure enough, when I am at my computer blogging at night, I am constantly having to remind myself that I am done for the day.  It is hard and I have given in a few times and eaten eggs or a Nutrisystem popsicle late at night.  But, so far, I have avoided the Oreo stash and that amazes me!

Girl’s weekend was FABUUULOUS!

I did take my food but since we spent 80% of it in a casino, with no purses or bags, I did not carry it most of the time.  But, I was very aware of what I was eating when we did eat.  And I did pretty good.  I think/ know my main gain was of the liquid calorie kind!  ;)

But that is ok…  it is only once every 5 1/2 years, right?

Onto this week I go.  Happy to still have my 5.1 pound loss in my pocket from last week.  Thrilled not to be reporting a gain and motivated to post another loss for next week!

You CAN do this!!
