Good Afternoon all!
Well, this week saw me gaining 1.2 pounds. Not too bad in my book as I continued to struggle to find time to eat in the mornings and did not track. I did watch what I was eating… as it went in my mouth! LOL
I’d say I had a lucky break by not gaining more!
So,at week 7, I am rolling in at a chubby 163.7! Still down 8.4 pounds overall. And I have 45 weeks to go and 35 pounds!
This is a new week – a new challenge – a new chance for success!
So GO TEAM and let’s have a loss this week!
You are doing so well. I need to get my butt back in gear and start losing some weight. I lost 7 lbs in a weekend but not drinking soda and drinking lots of water. However, I slowly got right back on the soda and water went right out the window.
8 lbs is great!!! I'm down 5 and am feeling very happy! 10 to go. Any day I actually exercise I lose weight, but it's tough with the monkeys. My new best friend is the Wii game Just Dance 2.
BTW, your growth in followers is amazing! We were at about the same number when I found you and now you've more than doubled that! What's the secret?!
A week ago, I was into dieting to lose some of my baby fat. But now I'm into eating more & more because my friends been telling me I'm getting skinny. As much as I hate my bulgy fats, I hate being skinny more. Good luck with your losing weight mission, anyway!

8 pounds woohoo! I love that you are real with your goals and not upset with an off week. That is the best way to make this work long term!
