Good Afternoon all!
Well, this week saw me gaining 1.2 pounds. Not too bad in my book as I continued to struggle to find time to eat in the mornings and did not track. I did watch what I was eating… as it went in my mouth! LOL
I’d say I had a lucky break by not gaining more!
So,at week 7, I am rolling in at a chubby 163.7! Still down 8.4 pounds overall. And I have 45 weeks to go and 35 pounds!
This is a new week – a new challenge – a new chance for success!
So GO TEAM and let’s have a loss this week!
