As promised to those doing this with me, here are my week two results!

I gained to 168.1.

I am not surprised by the result at all.  Though I met my goal of not eating past 8pm, I did not stick with my spinach regimine, nor did I care what I ate during the day.  In fact, yesterday, I had several slices of white bread and butter.

I blame several factors this week.  Thursday, er, my monthly visitor showed, complete with cravings and bloating.  And irritability.  Lucky family.

This was on the tail end of a week of dealing with a very sick baby.  Megan had a double ear infection plus bronchitis this week.  She wanted nothing but to be held.  Pretty hard to make a healthy breakfast and lunch when a child does not want to be put down.

So, on week two, I gained.  But I am ok with that.  This is the reason I am giving myself 52 weeks to lose 38 pounds.  There will be some weeks that it just won’t work.

This week, my goal is to get back on the healthy train, still not eat past 8 pm, and then I am going to add drinking at least 32 ounces of water a day.  I’d like to do 64 ounces, but baby steps!
