Good Afternoon all! I hope you are having a wonderful day! I am have been preoccupied with setting myself up in WordPress so I am a little behind on my posts!
I think I gained this week. In fact, I know I did. I found out this week that I was selected as a NutriSystem Blog Ambassador and so I just kinda of let it all go until I start the program! Enjoy my last Hoorah if you will!
I have done my part and am now waiting to see if they contact me but because I do not have the food in my hands, I am not getting too excited! Things fall through all the time in this crazy blogging world!
But, apparently, I have found sufficient reason to relax on my own dieting plan! I shouldn’t, but I am weak – so I did!
How did everyone else do this week? Hopefully better that me who is weighing in, again at 166.3… sigh!
want to know my weight maintenance secret? eat no more than 20% food-like substances. If at least 80% of your diet is real food, you don’t really have to count calories. Good news is butter, whole, bone in meat, coconut oil, whole milk are all in on the real food diet. But only if they come from pastured animals (animals who eat the diet nature intended them to eat). Read ingredient lists. If you see ingredients in there that you don’t have in your pantry, then it’s not real food. Most restaurant food is not real food, eat out sparingly.
i’ve never been leaner, i was chubby as a kid, dumpy in my 20s before kids. good luck!
Very very good advice, really. And I think we all know that that is what we are supposed to do! But I have such a hard time with it for some reason! I do try… and then the late night cravings ruin my whole day! UGH!

NutriSystem makes some yummy food! At least you’ll have fun while you’re losing! :)
I HOPE so!! I would really like to be able to keep it off in the end but I am super excited to do it and share that experience with all of you!
Don’t let the not-so-stellar weeks get to you! I worked my butt off once my son was born last may and lost a lot of weight. But I ended up burning myself out and losing all interest in working out and dieting. I exhausted myself. I took a few months off, put a few pounds back on, and have just recently started again. Tonight however I gave in to temptation. I had a total cheat day. We can’t beat ourselves up over little moments like that.
Good luck to you with Nutri System! I’m curious to see how it works for you…I’ve always been interested in trying it too!
