I am SO Sorry I did not post last week! It was a crazy week and I simply forgot!
So, last week I had gained .4 – which to me is break even.
This week, I have lost 1.7!
So, I am back down 8.6 pound overall!
I’ll take it!
I am still trying to find the will power to have self control. I ate 2 ice cream cones last night – OOPS!
But, a loss is a loss and a motivation to build on so….
