Time and again I walk around Walmart looking at ingredients and wish I had the creative juices to make something new for my family. In fact, the other day I was doing just that. I was standing in the cheese aisle, singles already in my cart, wondering how I could make a family favorite a little different way. You can see from my other cheeseburger recipes that I really like to mix it up.
I knew I was making some awesome Inside Out Cheeseburgers for lunch!
I gathered my ingredients and headed home to create a cheesy masterpiece!
- 1 lb hamburger meat
- ½ cup panko Italian bread crumbs
- Kraft Mexican Pepper Jack Shredded Cheese
- Kraft Singles
- Kraft Mayo
- Kraft Chargrilled Burger BBQ Sauce
- Toasted Onion Bun
- Heat your grill. Mix the panko bread crumbs with the meat and shape two thin patties. Leave an indention in the middle for the cheese. Add a small handful of Kraft Mexican Pepper Jack Shredded Cheese to the middle and add the top patty over it. Shape the patty to seal the edges. Place on medium grill and brown on both sides until done. Add Kraft mayo to the bottom of the onion bun. When patty is almost done, add 2 slices of Kraft Singles to melt. Add patty to bun. Top patty with Kraft Chargrilled Burger BBQ Sauce and top with the onion bun.
Now, I have to tell you… this recipe might just be one of my favorite I have ever made. The cheese goodness surrounding the meat with the tang of the mayo and bbq sauce are a perfect marriage of flavor.
