That’s it. The commercials have played, the interception has been criticized the bellies have been filled. But just because the big game is over does not mean the celebrations are! There are still a lot of team sports and big games ahead this year. Whether is is a televised sport or your slugger hitting a home run, parties are still needed and delicious foods that everyone will love are necessary! While I am not the most creative recipe maker, I am a huge fan of high quality products that make what I do come up with shine! For the perfect dippable foods, I turn to Alexia All Natural Sweet Potato Fries and Onion Rings! I am all about having fun and easy dips with these high-quality snacks!

Strolling through Walmart the other day I tried to come up with recipes that would make the Alexia Onion Rings and Spicy Sweet Potato Fries pop. But in reality, the flavor of Alexia products are so good that it is hard to cover it up. So I went simple. Like, really simple. All I needed was an avocado and some spicy taco seasoning! I would add each of those to Ranch dressing and make a trio of fun and easy dips to enjoy!
- 1 avocado
- 1 TBSp spicy taco seasoning
- Ranch dressing
- Dip 1:
- Mash the avocado and add all of it to ½ cup of Ranch. Stir and serve.
- Dip 2:
- Add seasoning to Ranch and stir and serve
Now, I realize that these are not really ‘recipes’ by definition. But they are incredible enhancers to the crunch and spice of the Alexia products I bought. As a single mom I was alone until half way through the game waiting on my kids to get home from their dads, so these incredibly tasty snacks made me feel like I was having a party while I waited!
I loved the Onion Rings in either dip. The Spicy Sweet Potato fries were the best in the Avocado Dip and the Sweet Potato fries were best in the Spicy Ranch Dip! But honestly, the products are delicious all by themselves!
Be sure to pick up Alexia products at your local Walmart for any game that you might be celebrating!! I would love to hear about some awesome dips you would pair with them!
