Halloween is upon us and I, for one, am always looking for an Easy Halloween Craft for Kids. Something that will hold their interest, not create too much of a mess for me to clean up and does not break the financial bank! These Lollipop Ghosts are just perfect! They are just right for kids ages 3 – 8.

For the entire month of October, I am babysitting some little girls for a friend of mine. I need things to do with them! With Halloween coming, that is all they talk about. So any Halloween craft I come up with is going to be an automatic hit!

In anticipation of the day, I ordered a massive supply of Dum Dum Lollipops from Amazon. I can always give the ones I don’t use out on Halloween so it is a finacial win win for me. I also went ahead and ordered Kleenex while I was there. They were delivered to my home and I put them away for craft day!

All you need are the lollipops, tissues, string or rubber bands, and a Sharpie (try fun colors of Sharpie’s too!). With a large assortment of rubber bands nearby, thanks to my daughters obsession with rubber band bracelets, I opted for the bands instead of string. It is much easier for the younger kids to work with the rubber bands, too.

Just wrap the lollipop in one or two tissues, secure it with the rubber band, and draw a face with the sharpie marker.  You can make a lot and display them in a bowl of candy corn. You can get creative and use various colors of string or ribbon in place of the rubber bands.

I even think I might add some BLING to the next batch! How about some adhesive back gems to use for eyes? How fun, right?

Get your kids active with their creative brains and get super cute accents for your candy bowl with Lollipop Ghosts! What easy Halloween crafts do you like? I’d love to know!
