- 1 can tuna fish
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 2 slices of cucumber, diced
- Blue Diamond® Nut Thins, any variety
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Once well blended, top the Blue Diamond® Nut Thins and enjoy!
I told you it was easy! I know a lot of people put celery in their tuna salad but I don’t really care for that crunch. So I use cool, crisp cucumbers or will add avocado too!
