Don’t look at me like I am crazy! I am not crazy! This recipe is delicious and creamy and crunchy and is now a family favorite! It takes all of three ingredients and a little imagination that hit me in the check out line! This was born my Cracker Jack’d Shake!
The recipe could not be easier.
- 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
- ½ Package of PB & Chocolate Cracker Jack'D
- ¼ Milk
- Whipped Cream
- Blend the ice cream, milk and Cracker Jack'D in a blender until smooth. Serve and top with whipped cream and left over Cracker Jack'D pieces!
I found the package of PB & Chocolate Cracker Jack’D pieces in the check out line. You can get them online as well. They are great along but in this shake, they create a delicious peanut butter and chocolate crunch without overwhelming the entire thing and making it too rich!
With Spring and Summer coming, yes, I promise they are, we all need some cold sweet treats to serve to everyone we know. Or keep to ourselves.
I made a bowl of my Homemade Whipped Cream to top it off. Plus it adds some creaminess to the pieces I picked off the top!
I love using my Mason Jar glasses to serve anything that is cold so my hands, and my kids hands, stay warm.
I think ice cream shakes are versatile and easy to add anything to! This one just popped into my head as I was walking through the store. Who can resist chocolate and peanut butter together? And who can resist an easy way to get it all into ice cream?!
Mark this recipe as a MUST MAKE! You will love it!
