Yes, I have little girls. But that does not mean that when Nickelodeon releases a new mini-movie with a new character that we won’t watch it! My girl’s love just as many ‘boy’ movies and toys as they do girls. In addition, why corner them into pink and polka dots when Blaze and the Monster Machines is now out on DVD!
In Blaze and the Monster Machines, monster truck Blaze and his driver AJ have adventures that explore the physics of how things move; tackle problems through scientific inquiry and mathematics; and discover the parts needed to make everyday technologies work. Each action-packed episode is filled with monster trucks, physical humor and upbeat original songs with lyrics that highlight a STEM concept such as adhesion, friction, force, trajectory and magnetism.
My girls love the action, the excitement and the rough and tough Blaze who work together to overcome adversity! The DVD includes:
“Blaze of Glory” – – Blaze and AJ are introduced to a world of racing monster machines in the town of Axle City. When Crusher, a troublemaker truck, uses his dirty tricks to try to win the championship race, Blaze does everything he can to help his friends and beat him to the finish line.
“The Driving Force” (Bonus Episode) – When Starla, the friendly cowgirl truck, loses one of her pistons Blaze and AJ set out to get it back. But they’ll have to hurry before Crusher gets his greedy tires on it!
This is a fun, exciting new character for your preschooler to elementary kids to fall in love with!
