What woman does not love to be pampered?  I know that the littlest thing, like a coat of nail polish, can make my day!  Especially since it happens so rarely in my house.

So, of course, I jumped at the chance to try out Barielle Products!

Sooo…  here is my secret.  I have horrible feet and nails!  HORRIBLE!  I run around barefoot all the time on my acre, stepping on sweet gum berries and pine cones and all of the other ‘woodsy’ things in my yard.  I often have to tip my pedicurist double just to get my feet ready for a pedicure and am usually the talk of the salon.  Which I only go to once.  To preserve my embarrassment to one salon at a time.

I followed the directions for 7 days.  I put it in the morning and at night and at night put socks on to sleep in.  Hard for me – the reigning Queen of Flip Flop Land – but in just a night, I was used to it.

I can not believe the difference!

I would say at least 50% of the dry cracks are gone or softer and my feet are no longer able to sand the boards of my neighbors porch!  AND…  drumroll please…  the hubs noticed!  He said there is definitely a softness that he is not used to and he really likes it!  Plus, the wonderful baby powder smell and silky cream makes me feel all lady like.

My next two products are fun and exciting motivation for me to paint my nails all the time!  Now, I am a boring, going gray, stressed out stay at home mom of three.  So when given the list of fabulous colors that I could choose for my Shades by Barielle polish, I looked at the predictable beige and the sometimes different pale pink and the typical mauve… and then picked blue!  Swizzle Stix to be exact!

Come on… I needed a little excitement in my day!

And I have to honestly say, I get more compliments on this color than any other color I have ever used in my life!  And, in almost two weeks, I have only had to paint them once!  ONCE!  Through dishes, laundry, kids, more kids, and some more kids, and puppies, I have only painted them once.  And they still look great!

I attribute the longevity not only to the high quality product and its protective finish, but also to the Barielle Ultra Speed Dry Manicure Extender!  Applied just two minutes after I painted my nails, within 60 seconds, they were totally dry!  Seriously!  No wonder it won the CEW Award!  And at $16 bucks a bottle, it is a no – brainer to have this stocked in my medicine cabinet!
