Get ready to get requests for SECONDS because this recipe will thrill even the pickiest eaters! Put it over rice, eat it alone and enjoy leftovers for days if you make double the batch. This is the one recipe that I can make that will be requested over and over again by my kids. Well, except for my easy Lasagna recipe. But this one is even easier, y’all! I promise! The World’s Easiest Slow Cooker Chicken Recipe Ever is here! And you can make it tonight!
Yes. My slow cooker is dirty on the outside. I use it. A LOT!!
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 4 chicken breasts
- ½ can water
- Put it all in the slow cooker that you have sprayed with cooking spray and cook on high for 4 hours.
Yep. That’s it. No salt or pepper needed. No kneading or defrosting the chicken. Put it in frozen or thawed and let them cook 4 hours. The name of this recipe is longer than the time it takes to throw it in the slow cooker.
I have been known to add a layer of cheese for some extra creaminess too.
But, 99 times out of 100 I make it as is and throw it over rice or noodles. Or, as my kids eat it, alone with a side of rice or noodles!
You will be hard pressed to find an easier meal to make that tastes like you spent hours on it! Really, you could try, but it won’t happen!
So tonight, pretend you slaved over it when you didn’t! Serve up this Worlds Easiest Slow Cooker Chicken Recipe Ever and enjoy!
