I, honesty, had heard of Coconut Oil but had no idea it had so many uses it has nor was I aware that it could be a key ingredient in Gluten Free cooking! I don’t, as a rule, use a lot of Gluten Free recipes but I am intrigued and excited about Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil!
I used the Coconut Oil I received in a variety of ways! I used it in place of olive oil to fry chicken, pork chops and even ham at Easter! Just use it as a replacement for your usual oils and choose this alternative for healthier, lighter recipes!

I LOVE coconut oil but I use it in a TOTALLY different way – as a moisturizer. Each morning I put the closed jar in the shower with me and let it liquify while I soap up. After my shower, the oil is liquid enough for me to scoop a tad up in my palm and then use it all over. The smell is w-o-n-d-e-r-f-u-l and as a moisturizer – it really last all day. Anyway, my dear, that’s how your single, non-child owning friend uses coconut oil!
