I have a confession to make. In the past we have not made big breakfasts during the week. Getting up and ready for school & work seems to be the bulk of our morning activity. Since the Rollie® has joined our life, making a quick and delicious meal is so simple!
The first test for Rollie® is one of my all-time favorite meals: Southwestern Egg Breakfast Burrito!
The Rollie® takes a few minutes to heat up, but does does not get hot on the outside. I love that for my kids! It let’s them help without the fear of them getting burned! I sprayed the inside thoroughly with cooking spray before pouring in my egg mixture. The eggs will rise as they cook and pop out of the Rollie®.
Just look at how nicely the eggs come out! Perfectly cooked in a dishwasher safe gadget that is super fun to use! And it is FAST too! We moms all know how important fast is!
Since I am in the only person in my home that enjoys southwest burritos, we whipped up FRENCH TOAST for the kiddos, too! The french toast received stellar reviews from my whole family!
