Hot Cocoa Recipes
It’s almost that time of year again and with that comes some amazing Hot Cocoa Recipes! I love this time of year! I love the pumpkins, the crisp air and believe it or not I love all the decorations!
Cooler weather is right around the corner. I can feel it! So to celebrate the soon to be cooler weather I want to give you some of the best Hot Cocoa recipes I have found and use! My kids love hot cocoa. Even better I think it’s the quality time we spend together as we sip our chocolate flavored drinks and read stories by the fireplace! The aroma fills the air with the smooth richness of chocolate. They absolutely love it!
Oh, and don’t forget! Hot Cocoa mixes in a decorated mason jar make wonderful gifts for this season too! There are all kinds of cute labels and decorative bows to choose from. You can even create your own customized labels with the instructions printed right on them. Don’t forget to add a phrase that says “homemade by” too. It adds that extra special touch.
Peppermint Hot Cocoa (use the easy hot cocoa recipe but add whip cream and sprinkle with peppermint)
Homemade Gingerbread Hot Cocoa
Nutella Hot Cocoa (just add two scoops Nutella and one cup of hot milk)

Tip: Next time you have a party try setting up a hot cocoa bar! Use cute cups, have chocolate stirring spoons, sprinkles and different flavored marshmallows! Don’t forget to include sugar free for anyone with special diet requirements. This would be a super cute idea for a winter birthday party too.
