The DIY Holiday Napkin Rings Tutorial is so easy to do that kids can help too! The hardest part is tying on the charm. Honestly.
Here is what you need!
- The tube of Angel Soft® or Sparkle® paper towels
- Scissors
- Ribbon of any color
- Glue stick or glue gun
- Thin string
- Holiday charms
Measure the width of your ribbon on the tube. Make a snip with the scissors where it slightly overlaps. Cut the tube in as many ‘rings’ as you want.
Once you have your ring, roll it in the ribbon to gauge length. Overlap slightly at the end.
Using your glue, cover the back of the ribbon completely, especially the ends and corners.
Wrap the ribbon around the tube and allow to dry. It take anywhere from 10 – 30 minutes.
Once dry, snip the string with enough length so that it can be tied on the back. Feed the string through the bauble.
Flip the tube over and tie the string behind it, tightening as much as you can. Snip the ends and the DIY Napkin Rings are ready to use!
