Lunch and dinner can be delicious and healthy all at the same time. It can be fast too! I am simple girl – or a busy mom, whichever you want to go with – so I like just heating the fillets up and eating them as is. I have even been known to heat up a fillet, flake it up and add it to eggs in the morning. The burst of fresh fish flavor and all of the goodness of Garlic Butter or the classic grilled flavoring wakes me up and get me going. I like knowing that I ate well to start the day as well!

Lunch is my favorite though. I can add a salad of tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and Italian dressing. I eat the fillets with nothing on them because they don’t need any additions!
