Amazing Coffee Smoothie Recipes & More
I have a few amazing smoothie recipes that are definitely worth a try! I would have never thought to combine some of the flavors suggested but I’ve tried them and was pleasantly surprised! I encourage you to come out of your comfort zone a bit and give them a try! I bet you like them just as much as I do!
There are different smoothies I want at different times. For example, I always want my kids to eat as much fruits and vegetables as possible so I love the sneaky spinach smoothie. Spinach is hardly noticeable when you add it with fruit. Especially a full flavored fruit, such as blueberries. I encourage you to try and add spinach when you are experimenting with smoothie recipes. I swear the kids won’t even notice!
There are other times where I just want to shed a few pounds so I tend to go for the green smoothie recipes. Those always help with bloating or even just trying to shed that extra pound or two. They taste great too! That always helps.
There are the healthy breakfast smoothies where I add oatmeal in them to keep our bellies full until lunch.
Then there are my absolute most sinful smoothies that have caffeine, chocolate, caramel, syrup and you name whatever else that is not so good for you. Those tend to be perfect at certain times of the month! ;-)
So no matter what you are craving, there is a smoothie recipe for it! You can add a bit of protein powder to any smoothie for that extra added benefit too.
