After choosing the recipe we wanted to try under the “cakes and cupcakes” tab, we simply clicked “Recipe” to find the ingredients and the full set of directions. The recipe reader also gives us nutritional information, a timer, meal planner, ingredient conversions and ingredient substitutions.
Everything you NEED to bake and cook, in one place, it has my head spinning with delight!
I spend weeks planning our Thanksgiving meal, recording the recipes and making a list of ingredients… The Recipe Reader is going to change all of those time consuming activities into one simply planned meal. Now, my focus can be on the best part, baking!

Beat cake mix, dry pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and water in large bowl until moistened. Then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour equal amounts into prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from the center. Allow cakes to cool completely. Melt chocolate and beat with whipped cream until light and fluffy. Apply a layer of chocolate whipped cream between cakes, add the second layer and cover the entire cake with the remaining chocolate whipped cream.
Garnish as your family would prefer!
My family has decided this is the best chocolate cake they have ever eaten, and I have to strongly agree.
